International Participants

• Online Registration Deadline: August 4 August 8 2025 (UTC+09:00)
• Presenter Registration Deadline: August 4 August 8 2025 (UTC+09:00)
At least one author per accepted paper or poster must register as an attending participant by this date.

Notice
( for Authors of Accepted Papers )

• For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors is required to register as a General Participant (Offline Attendance).
- This applies regardless of whether the registering author is a student or not.
• In cases where both a student author and a non-student author attend the conference, the student author may register as a Student (Offline Attendance), while the non-student author is required to register as a General Participant (Offline Attendance).

Registration Fees (USD)

• Registration includes participation in the offline conference, access to the online proceedings, two lunch meal, one banquet, and a souvenir.

Online Registration

All participants are required to complete the registration form above.

AsiaJCIS 2025 will be held on-site (offline).

On-site Registration

We encourage all participants to register online in advance. However, on-site registration will be available for those who prefer to register at the venue. The registration fees are the same as those for online registration. Payment can be made at the on-site registration desk by credit card.
